    • Refunds are only available if the item received is defective or not what was ordered.
    • To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  2. Timeframe for Refund Requests
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Requests received after this period will not be processed.
  3. How to Request a Refund
    • To initiate a refund request, please email us at info@fogvending.co.za with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).
    • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for processing the return.
  4. Non-Refundable Items
    • Products that are not defective or incorrectly supplied.
    • Items returned outside of the 14-day window.
